The flat is newly painted, according to its listing. OpenRent said the studio had been let days after being reduced to £999 per month.
A deposit of £999 was required and the minimum term was six months. No pets were allowed but students were welcomed and smokers “considered”. There is no parking or garden access. The average monthly rent for a room in the N8 postcode was £881 in the second quarter of this year, according to flatshare portal SpareRoom, up from £772 a year earlier.
